When I started my real estate journey twelve years ago, I was full of questions. My broker only covered the basics, like contract procedures and legal compliance, leaving me seeking more. Joining teams didn't help either; I faced competition instead of camaraderie, served team leaders rather than learning, and handled menial tasks with cold leads, without guidance or valuable training.
I was often stuck with demanding buyers, showing countless homes without understanding their motivations. After one six-month stretch with a single client, I realized how much time I'd lost, with no real support or answers.
Here's the harsh reality I faced: No one was willing to genuinely mentor me or invest in my success. That struggle sparked my determination to succeed and inspired my vision for a team dedicated to building, supporting, & empowering real estate rockstars.

I'm Christina Sciarretta, REALTOR®, Founder & CEO of Rockstar Real Estate & Media Group at Keller Williams Jersey Shore. twelve years ago, I was exactly where you are right now. 01. DO I NEED A REAL ESTATE LICENSE?
You must be licensed in order to be a Rockstar real estate agent, however we also have an internship program, called The Rockstar Apprenticeship. This is a training program is designed for those thinking of getting into real estate, but who want to first check out the industry. You will learn all about the business, building your database, prospecting, and marketing. You will create marketing content and make calls for the team to practice the most important part of real estate: lead generation.
02. DO YOU ACCEPT EVERYONE?
We do not accept everyone who wants to be on the team. We have a rigorous multi step application and interview process to determine if we are a mutually beneficial fit for getting into business together. The first step is to apply!
03. HOW FLEXIBLE IS THE SCHEDULE?
While real estate agents have a lot of freedom over their schedules, the hard truth is that your results are directly related to the time, effort, and energy that you put in. We expect our team members to connect with us in person a minimum of twice per week for the following standing appointments:

04. WILL I WORK IN OFFICE OR REMOTELY?
Though we support our team members' preferred work style, we recommend working from Rockstar HQ to maximize success. Distance from the team environment can hinder your progress. We've procured the prime office space for our team, and urge you to utilize it frequently!
05. HOW MUCH MONEY WILL I MAKE IN MY FIRST YEAR? IN
Your earnings reflect your dedication to developing essential skills. Many agents don't survive their first year due to the business's demands. Instead of quick cash, your initial year demands skill-building, patience, and resilience. Anticipate a six-month grind without tangible results; however, that first pending sale, though seemingly small, marks the start of your journey to significant success.
06. HOW MUCH CAN I MAKE AFTER YEAR ONE?
Real estate is your enterprise, not employment. Your commitment dictates your success, with the potential to earn $100k+ in your second year.
