If you are between the ages of 16-24, and a resident of Atlantic County, we invite you to apply for our new Summer Youth Work Experience!

 

What makes this experience epic?

If you're thinking of getting into real estate, but not totally sure if you want to, this is a great chance to take a real world dive into the industry without committing to getting licensed and going all in!

TRAINING & mentorship

This isn't just a Summer job- it's a mentorship experience, designed to inspire, support, and empower you to build an epic life.

As part of the team, you'll receive valuable training and participate in our weekly team meeting, where we'll not just discuss weekly logistics, but solid core values that will impact your life and future.

WHAT WILL I DO?

  • Complete online Summer work program orientation 

  • Learn & practice sales dialogues

  • Generate leads through cold and warm outreach 

  • Make calls, send texts, emails, and DMs

  • Follow up with leads

  • Track results

  • Embody immaculate vibes & be a positive, contributing team member.

THIS ROLE IS BEST FOR SOMEONE WHO:

WHERE WILL I WORK?

  • Rockstar HQ at Keller Williams Jersey Shore- 903 Bay Ave Ocean City NJ

​

 

DAYS/HOURS/ PAY

 

  • Monday - Friday

  • 9am-2pm

  • $16/ hour 

 

START / END DATE

  • Start: Week of June 24

  • End: Labor Day
