Meditating in Nature

THE ROCKSTAR MOMS

NINE WEEK AFFIRMATION SERIES

Series One.

The Nine Week Affirmation Series is designed to accompany the Nine Week Journal Series. During the series, we will text you a weekly affirmation that will go along with your journal prompt. Affirmations are a powerful tool used to recondition your brain, removing the limiting, self sabotaging beliefs, and empowering you to get unstuck, grow, and achieve more than you ever thought was possible.

Often, we behave simply because we've unconsciously conditioned ourselves with certain behavioral and thinking habits. This is most evident in the way we think and the words we say aloud and to ourselves.

The words that you use to speak to yourself direct your path, especially when those words evoke emotion. Emotion deepens thoughts, and brings them to life. When they don't serve us, they can severely limit what we're capable of. We call these limiting beliefs or self sabotaging. If you tell yourself that you are worthless, you will begin to feel worthless. You will make decisions, based on the idea that you don't deserve anything better. I have to tell you a secret...
THOSE THOUGHTS ARE SIMPLY NOT TRUTH. THEY ARE LIES. AND YOU'LL ONLY MOVE PAST THEM IG YOU CHOOSE GROWTH.
In this series, we will empower you with topics such as:
Family
Personal Growth
Physical & Mental  Health
Marriage/ Relationships
Friendships
Just as in the journal series, this series is perfect for the woman who wants to take on her year like Katniss Everdean in Hunger Games. It's for the Mama Bear who is ready to get comfortable getting uncomfortable in order to grow in every area of her life. Is that you? Are you ready to commit to one goal that will help you gain clarity on every other goal in your life? Then this is for you.

It's not for the faint of heart, but it IS for the GREAT of heart.
